The Province of Lucca

The main city is Lucca. A city completely surrounded by its intact Renaissance-era  city walls, was founded by the Etruscans and became a Roman colony in 180 BC. Autumn in Lucca is really pretty. It is fun to walk atop the walls while enjoying the splendid view. 
This Province is also famous for its cities that are by the Tirrenean sea such as Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio. The tiny city of Torre del Lago where Puccini lived. Pietrasanta famous for its artistic flair.
